Hi. I am not fat or anything. I am actually normal. I am 15. N about 5"4 n weigh 125.

I just want a slim body. So I was wondering by wearing a really tight shirt and really tight pants under you baggy clothes help while exercising.

I mean is there any harm.

Wearing tight clothes is only going to prevent you from moving. Exercise is about what you do and how often you do it, not what you're wearing. A balanced diet is also going to play a large part, so make sure you're eating properly.

Also, as it was stated earlier, 125 is about normal for your height. Be careful not to go overboard while working out, dieting, or whatever you choose to do.

Wearing tight clothing will not help at all. It sounds like the philosophy I had when I was 12 of sleeping with heavy books on my stomach to "push my fat in". Guess what? Dumbest idea ever. wearing tight clothes won't make you lose weight, though you can wear sweats and sweat out water weight if you wish.

There is no harm, but what good is the tight close, you need more exercise, and how small do you want to get, 125 pounds is normal for you height, you get any smaller you might not like what you look like.

Wearing tight clothing will create problem for you during exercising. It will keep the heat in and prevent your body from diffusing the heat. You may faint if the body heat get too high.

If you want to wear tight clothing, do your exercise in an air con gym.

It would help i would also reccomend wearing sweats on the outside to help your sweat more water weight off. Also do Sauna like 3-4 times a week. Ypu can drop like 5-10 pounds.

You will not feel comfy exercising tight clothes. Look online for toning exercises and work on toning your body.

This will cause you to overheat quicker when you excercise if you wear layers of clothing. Best thing you can do especially at your age is proper excercise and diet.

a little to much heat in tha vagina area and that could lead to something and also tight close is restricting u really cant move too much.

You can have firming, elasting underwear, but do not use too tight for blood circulation might suffer.
