i have a squair pic that the image is circular and i need to get that circle

Okay, due to the nature of graphic files ... in order to "crop" out a circle and have no square or rectangle border around it, you would have to make a circle selection around it, copy the selection, then paste it onto a transparent background, and save it in a file format (gif) that retains the transparency.

You can't just "crop a circle".

The Gimp is also free and full of features and similar to photoshop.
