To reduce body fat, you should burn more calories than the calories you consume. This causes a calorie deficit, resulting in a fat loss. You can achieve this objective in two ways: consuming fewer calories and burning calories by exercising. Though people choose either of the two methods to lose fat, the fastest, the easiest and the long-term way is to combine both the methods. Eating more and exercising more is far better than starving, which lowers the metabolism, thus slowing the fat-burning process. Exercise plays a vital role in keeping your metabolism high, thus speeding up the process of burning fat.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

34 to 32 does not seem to be a great difference....
You will have to loose weight..... get on a low cal, low fat diet and stick to it with determination.
do some easy aerobic exercise such as walking,or jogging...... this will help to loose fat around your mid section where you measure your waist...
Lastly... Do not get in a habbit of lifting heavy weights... this will build muscle bulk and might actually make yourwaist a little bigger......
hope this helps.

Well to lose one pound, you have to work off 1600 calories, so...
Just maintain a healthy diet, don't go overboard on the sweets and junk food. Drink lots of water, eat dairy, fibre, meat and alternatives, and let's not forget the fruits and veggies.
If you don't have time or funds to go to the gym, simply start walking. It does wonders. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk to your coworker's desk instead of emailing, etc etc. Every little bit counts.

Well, according to Dannon commercials, drink a lot of water and get a good amount of dairy! And of course exercise (Billy Blanks?) and go easy on the carbs. Also, try yoga!

Get a corset. You can take off 2 inches fairly easily. Some of my favorites are on this site:
