If a guy leaves you a hickey does it mean he likes you? Or just being a jerk?

Anyone can give you a hickey so no it does not mean he likes you.What if he told his friends that he can get you easily and that he had sex with you and his prove of that is the hickey that is on you. If his friends see that hickey they will believe him i think he is a jerk.

Not neccessarily. Sometimes, guys will just do it to prove a point. Like how the other person said, marking territory. I don't know about you, but I don't like being made someone's "territory". If he likes you, there are other classier ways to show he cares, like buying you flowers or renting your favorite movie for the 2 of you to watch together. The hickey can wait till later.

He likes your body enough, but he doesn't love you. It's disrespectful to give someone a hickey, it makes them look like a prostitute.

Well it all depends. If you are dateing this guy, shareing your emotions with this guy, spending unusual amounts of time with this guy and sleeping with this guy then he probobley likes you. Some guys put hikis on girls as a mark like " shes taken " but then some other just want to get laid. Weather he likes you doesnt lie in the act of giveing you a hiki but rather on how he acts towards you. Most likely though if he is giveing you a hiki your doing something right

means he didn't bit down enough to draw the blood out hickey's arent good for you they are broken blood vessels and are about as good for the body as having a bruse

I'm not sure but there might be some sexual conection! One of my guy friend always gets them and gives them and he say's it's just for fun but every guy is different! He might like you tho you never know!

hickies are usually from being in the mood and giving heavy, emotional kisses.
i'd say he likes you
if it's a hicky from him just sucking on your neck he's probably just being a bit of a jerk, but being a jerk doesn't always have to be a bad thing. "flirty" jerk if you will ;)
