I think it is only a sprain. I have had two surgeries on this knee already, the doctors say all they can do now is replacement and I am to young for that.

Numbers 6:24-26
24 “The LORD bless you and keep you;

25 The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;

26 The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.”’

Psalm 103:1-5
1 Bless the LORD, O my soul;
And all that is within me, bless His holy name!
2 Bless the LORD, O my soul,
And forget not all His benefits:
3 Who forgives all your iniquities,
Who heals all your diseases,
4 Who redeems your life from destruction,
Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies,
5 Who satisfies your mouth with good things,
So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

By His stripes you are healed!

do you have it on ice? you don't need insurance you need an ice pack. They can't do anything for a sprain. A sprain is an injury to the muscle- they can't help you. Ice it down. Do straight leg raises when you can later. Get the swelling down first.

I lost my contact lens..last one and I rubbed it out of my eye....
I will pray for your knee and you pray to find my contact!
Serious... I am not joking! Thanks buddy! Lets compare on Wednesday and see what happens! Maybe others would like to add to our list? We can pray for Barbara, and Wolfs friends mom too. We can all do a group prayer for each other!

Rest
Ice
Elevate

you'll heal. With or without prayer.
Knees are tough though. It may require some therapy- which, once the swelling and such goes down, requires movement, stretching and strength training.

good luck

I will pray for you and your sprained knee.

And please pray for my friend's mom. She's an older woman, and she had to have her spleen removed today because of a large aneurysm.

Thanks!
