He is my classmate and we're also friends... Recently, he used to tell me that he loves me, but I wasn't sure if that was true, coz I know my classmates... They are all boys and I'm the only girl in class and I hear them saying stuff about their lovelife and I get to know them well, so it was hard for me to trust them if one of them will tell me that he likes me or love me...
This guy is a nice guy, but just a month ago he was really in love with someone and now he will come after me and tell me that he really love me and it was so hard for me to believe him...
I used to like him before, but now I don't know and I'm afraid to get hurt again...

He may just be on rebound. If you know that he was completely in love with his ex. If you don't want to get into anything serious, then don't jump into the relationship. Chances are he may break your heart. Think about his last relationship. How well does he really know you to say that he loves you. And a month?? I personally think you could do better. Don't let your guards down!
