Based on John Little's book, and the addition he just put out on "The Omega Set". If you have, what has your experience been like. Have you made good gains? How long?

I'm glad I can answer your question! I was just having a conversation about this method of training with one of my colleagues who was thinking about trying it as well.

I have tried the max contraction system - and it was amazing how much physical strength I gained from it - I was only doing this method of training once a week and I was increasing the amount of weight that I used - so much that I maxed out on mutiple machines. I also noticed a good increase in muscle mass in places that I was targeting with the max contraction system which I was having trouble gaining with otherwise - you could literally see the difference.

It was quite amazing the differences the max contraction system made on my strength and muscle gains. I would highly reccomend it! If you're looking to gain muscle, combine it with a before-and-after work out protein drink, and you will definitely see results.

I have never try it, but a friend of mine did and he said it's worth the training.He use it for two week now.
