for you to lose the weight that you are asking for, it all depends on your dedication to the end result. try some weight training, cycling, or even better try the women fitness and try those exercises. they are really good i dropped 15 pounds in 3 months.

First of all, it is not safe to lose more than 2 pounds per week.
You diet seems fine. Remember this, "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper." And for a snack, you can have a fruit. Also, increase your consumption of water.. You should drink atleast 3 bottles a day.
3500 calories = 1 pound
You lose approximately 1000 calories per day, with regular activities (driving, working, school etc).
So taking that into consideration .. If you intake 1200 calories, and you automatically lose 1000 calories plus the amount that you work off by exercising, say 700 for instance.. Then you would be losing 500 calories per day. Seven days multiplied by that figure would give you 3500 calories, meaning you would lose 1 pound for that week.
According to the readings on the treadmill, walking for an hour allows me to lose about 400 calories. But I don't really bother because it isn't accurate. The more you weigh, the more calories you burn; and the treadmill uses a standard calculator. Jogging will burn about 800 calories.
Your exercises are great. And I think you are well on your way to losing the weight. Just stay focused and dedicated.
If you want, you can join your gym's Spin class. That burns A LOT of calories as opposed to jogging. Keep in mind that you should do atleast 30 minutes of cardio (jogging, spin class etc) prior to lifting weights and toning up.

the important thing is not how long or fast your are gonna lose this weight, it is how you are gonna keep it off. Losing weight to fast is dangerous for your body. The calories seem OK as long a the meal´s are healthy! The exercise is OK, but keep in mind that as you do more exercise, you are going to gain muscle which might make you seem like you weight the same but you maybe leaner. You should consider taking a body fat measurement to see if your´s is appropriate for your age. Try adding Orlistat (Xenical) to your daily routine. It is a medicine that block´s 30% of the fat you eat, it doesn't get absorb by your body so there's no serious side effects...The only thing is that if you eat to much fat, you are going to have very lose bowel movements. Xenical may help you lose 6-8 pounds per month !

First of all, you sound the same as I do, only I am much older, and have been struggling for a long time. My breakthrough came when I had a thyroid test, and found out that I was low, and have to take a thyroid tablet every morning. You are doing everything right, so don't beat up on yourself. and ask your doctor for a test. It is a simple blood draw, and could make a huge difference in your life. It is often overlooked, but low thyroid output is very common in women. My best wishes, and don't get discouraged.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

It will take a few months to lose that much weight. Walking everday is good, each time you walk you can walk further distances as you move along and so forth.. and for meals get rid of the chips and candies and add the veggies and fruits and portion your meals.
