hi im 15 and i want to babysit but i dont know how to find people that needs a baby sitter. i live in ontario ca and need to find a jod dealing with babysitting. i love little kids but i dont know anyone around here who needs a babysitter. if you know a sit i can go to please put it in your answer thank you very much.

Try posting an ad in the "Babies & Kids" section of your local craigslist. It's free, and I'll bet other parents would jump on it. In order to get references, try babysitting for a relative or two and go from there. If you see any children in your neighboorhood, knock on the door and introduce yourself and tell the parent(s) that you are available for babysitting. Also, maybe offer a discounted rate for parents for the first couple of times you sit for them to make sure that it's a good fit for everyone, and then you'll get a couple more references for future jobs. We found our 15 year old babysitter by just talking with our neighbors and they happened to mention that their daughter babysat, so we're very happy. Good luck to you!

Try making a flyer for your babysitting service. Put it up at a local daycare or grocery store. Don't put out your full name, address or phone number. Try using an email address such as -- babysitterinontario@yahoo.com -- this gives out none of your personal information.
Also, show your mom the finished flyer to insure that you aren't giving out too much personal information.
