So are you comparing slavery, people who where brought here against their will with criminal illegals that drag drugs, guns and violence into our country?
I keep hoping that the citizens of this country wake up before it is too late. Why are these folks running from Mexico and South America? They're running because they are wanted by the police in their country for crimes. You can ask the Latino citizens that have been here a while, they will tell you that the crowd of illegals that are flooding up from the South are not hard working, peaceful, law abiding folks just looking for an opportunity to work and make a better life (those are the legal immigrants) but they are criminals looking to murder, rape, steal and create terror. Too many folks think this is a race thing, it's not, it's a criminal thing.

i really dont understand immigration
they come to this country for a better life because the country they are from are poor or whatever then If i was one of them , leaving my country would be the last thing to cross my mind , I would do the complelte opposite , I would stay there and start getting private citizens like myself in an organization to fix the problems of my country, I would push to change laws, if i dont like the politicians because they are corrupt I would push for long prison terms and make sure I stay there, I would take matters into my own hands to make my country the place I want to live in. I'm not saying changes would come in a year but if they start now maybe they wont have to worry about coming here illegally maybe 5, 10 , 20 years from now, cause really mexico, peru, chile, dominican republic, nicaragua are beautiful places to live in if they would clean it up alittle bit , if they would have a better goverment , if people would just care about them.
But in the other hand I love having mexicans in u.s like the ones that speak english, the one that dress nice, the ones that listen to american music, the ones that eat american food, the ones that are just like any other american and live their lifes like regular americans. I couldnt imagine hitting up a party where there werent some crazy hispanics cause they make you laugh . who wants to party with just one race? I love my friends cause when you put some white people , some black people, some asians, and some hispanics and some beers together its like ******* comedy fest. shoot i love it

The illegal aliens are NOT slaves. The black slave trade was not begun over them FORCING themselves into someone elses country.
The undocumented aliens are not willing to go through the process of legal immigration. It's their choice to break the law.

Oh my gosh.. you are actually comparing illegal immigrants to slaves.. you are kidding me right... first off... most are coming from FREE Countries.. they aren't running here for their lives.. they aren't running here for freedom.. they have freedom in their OWN country.. places like Cuba... if they reach our soil they are given political asylum.. because we do care about people... but you can't in any way shape or form compare people coming from a free country into a free country like the slaves...
