It could be gallstones, especially if the symptoms appear shortly after eating. Kidney stones are another consideration. Best thing to do is go to the doctor and get some diagnostic tests.

You definitely need to get some input from a doctor. It could be many things so only a doc can rule out some of them and get you on the right track. Don't wait though! Go see someone as soon as you can.
