mostly because it is easily available in large quantities, also because it tastes quite good compared to many others, but mostly the first reason.

Some cultures use the milk of goats. I never heard of pig milk, being used. All animals lactate, but never heard of pigs milk. In the USA, I think cow milk used, is our culture. Some reports discourage the use of cows milk. However, its our culture in the great USA. We drink the processed milk. Why we love it, I don't know, but, I do know, eating a cookie dipped in milk, is just so refreshing. Any cookie followed up with milk is a good thing for most Americans, except those who are lactose intolerant.

Because cows are more plentiful? Just a guess. They probably make more milk than sheep or pigs do, too. (Larger udders)

Besides--the thought of drinking pigs milk is just gross! LOL

Easy-- cows are easier to get milk out of because of their height, each cow makes more milk because of their size, and most westerners prefer beef to goat meat for its milder flavor-- we're already breeding them, why not milk the moms? Not to mention a pig has like 8 teats, and cows and goats only have four. Pure economics. We do use goat milk, but only if cow milk is difficult to digest, because goat milk just isn't as sweet.

in all risk because of the fact soy is a basic nutrition for veg*ans and it grew to become into the unique option to exploit. perhaps this is that it has a texture that's comparable as nicely. yet once you don't like it, you do not would desire to drink it, besides the shown fact that diverse manufacturers have diverse flavors. Silk and Earth stability make some distinctly stable chocolate soy milks. Many shops carry rice milk in the tetra packs, so if that's what you like, knock your self out.

Do you realize how many pigs it would take to get a gallon of milk? If sheep milk tastes anything like goat's milk, count me out.

Because there are thousands of dairy farms and milk is considered an important staple in daily living. I prefer to use goat's milk, however, it is expensive because there are very few farms and obviously, cows give a larger quantity.

I would assume since it has the most neutral flavor when compared to Goat or Sheep's milk.
