Seems to me you've had some past experiences - maybe some construed rumors - that caused you to have this label? Knockout tends to mean you're incredibly attractive but have somewhat a way of dating that adds onto the factor.
Guys that are egotistical and rather indignant, sure they will. I personally have a sense of self-respect and date those who are worthy enough of my love (sounds conceded, sorry, but I have a certain amount of confidence and reputation to withold). Only guys that are inexperienced and are rather desparate would probably base their whole dating observation on that single label "knockout". However, majority will play in effecting factors such as body language, voice, etc. Then they will evaluate your personality to see if they want to keep you. If not, you may end up with a one night stand and further add to your reputation.

A knockout its not a reputation - it is a woman with breathtaking beauty. I personally think most such are stuck up with attitude so no, I would avoid them - besides if I did ask her out, some stud would just steal her at some point anyway, so why get my feelings hurt? Plenty of nice ladies (also quite good looking) to go around.

It means ur way too hot.its a good compliment. I would date a girl like this,who wouldnt.The only exception would be if she was full of herself,then i wouldnt.So keep on being a knockout!

It means "don't let it go to your head". You might look good but the guys aren't giving you any credit for what's inside. So, don't let the compliments go to your head. It means nothing.
