girlfriends, or girl friends? biig difference there. i'd say the mall, but that's way too cliche. in all honesty, one of the best places i like to meet guys is at the library (shows the guy has a brain). other than this, there are places like the local coffee shop (ahem...starbucks) and at the movies after the movie ends, when people sometimes hang around outside the theater. these are just some suggestions, though.
a word of warning...if you're not 'smoothe', so to speak, you have the potential of coming off as a creep or a stalker. try not to come on to strong. if you let the girl know you're just at that place to pick up chicks, you're...um...not going to have any success.

Grocery store, mall, laundry mat, and library. Bars or clubs if over 21. There is girls every where you just need to approach them. So start bumping into them and say sorry excuse me would you like to have coffee or go for a drink. How about dinner and a movie. Check with your friends their great for hooking you up.

well now that summer is coming I think that carnivals is a good place to start or just join or do something that you like doing. the key is to meet people and then you can network.

horseshows, no joke. ladies love guys into horses and there are plenty around there of all ages=D It is way easier to meet girls and talk to them there than at the mall or anywhere.
