what should i use and how to bleach my hair from black to white or light blonde? doesnt matter if i mess up my hair (its for my arms) thanks

wax them. blonde hair on the body catches the light and can be very noticeable.

I've never bleached the hair on my arms (or the hair on my head ;) but I do agree with the other postee to perhaps get them waxed (preferably at a salon). I have had my arms waxed and the pain was not too bad while the hair grows in finer.

use the body hair lightener with the one title strongest lift you can buy it at any cvs or better yet a beauty supply store. they work very well.
