there are millions! the millions of lives you will be saving by not bringing them into this world.. here is lots of info for you that I hope you will read and understand. I volunteer at an animal shelter and I see how many abandoned cats come in. Its just so sad that only one out of ten animals you see in a shelter will make it out alive! We don't need anymore animals in this world, and if you really want to interact will kittens then become a foster parent for your local animal shelter... thanks
here is a video that is true, but heartbreaking. I hope you watch it, and if you are unable to see it let me know..

A) Spaying and neutering is not painful in any respect! They'd simply be somewhat uncomfortable the times after even as they are improving. And their personalities could difference, however just for the greater. They'd end up so a lot more affectionate and loving, and extra playful. =) No issues, there, love! Words to explain spay/neutering: Loving. Healthy. Routine. No biggie. Responsible. Caring. =) B) I do not know if there may be a lot I can say approximately de-clawing, when you consider that I'm definite others will alert you of what absolute HORROR that is. I've obvious the mutilating surgical procedure performed a few occasions, proper there in individual. I cried the primary time. I'm SO towards declawing that it makes me ill. Words to explain declawing: needless. dumb. disgustingly merciless. egocentric. ignorant. uneducated. irresponsible. mutilating. unlawful. immoral. stressful. existence-threatening. Painful past notion. I would cross on for days like this. Declawing is ILLEGAL in all international locations with cats besides for the U.S. and Canada. Why could they outlaw a well factor? Because it is not a well factor. The simplest rationale it is nonetheless authorized this is when you consider that egocentric, ignorant persons are inclined to pay significant cash to reduce off their cat's arms, and similarly egocentric and immoral vets are inclined to do it. They honestly cross in deep beyond the blood vessels and nerves not to-so-cautiously rip off each and every nail. Do you could have any inspiration how painful that's? And the way it significantly damages the cat's existence? The cat turns into disabled, crippled for the relaxation of its existence. That isn't an exaggeration, that is a truth. Please do not allow any person declaw your toddlers! Spaying/Neutering = Yay! Love! Good! Awesome! Declawing = *cries*

The most important benefit is that they are NOT contributing to the massive overpopulation problem. Every litter that is born takes away a home from a shelter animal. Not to mention, most people don't find homes for litters, or if they do, they don't always make sure that it's a GOOD home.
Spaying/Neutering also cuts down on a number of cancers, including uterine, ovarian, mammary, and testicular.
Un-neutered males will spray to mark territory and to attract mates. They also wander far in search of mates and can get lost, in fights, pick up parasites, or killed.
Neutered males are often very affectionate and mellow cats.
Un-spayed females yowl terribly and have other behavioral problems when they are in heat. They can also attract un-neutered males to the area, which can result in a bunch of cats outside your house.

There are MANY benefits, not the least of which is the obvious: Population control.
I have a neighbor who has very irresponsibly allowed her female cat to have one litter after another, without spaying or neutering *any* of the litters.
What happens to them? Some are running around the neighborhood, especially when underfed, some are hit by cars, picked up by people who abuse them, and in general lead a very sad life on the street. Not to mention illnesses, ticks, and fleas.
Non neutered Male cats are quite unpleasant to live with - as they will spray in the house. Unspayed females will attract males.
It's pretty common sense. Unless you plan to carefully screen and care for your cat and ALL her/his offspring, and/or carefully screen new homes, please spay or neuter.

The benifits of spaying or neutering your cat is a cat who is spayed or neutered is a healthier cat. It's chances are better for not getting cancer of the testicles or uterine cancer in females. I think they much cleaner in litter box habits. Males who are neutered are not likley to spray in the house. The same with females. Hope this helped Sue

I had my cat spayed because I did not want her to have kittens because there are already too many cats out there. Neutering a male cat will keep it from getting other cats pregnant and like I said there are way to many cats in the world. ( unwanted cat and kittens.)

Do it late at two yrs to a tomcat He will spray for life. Do it at around 5 mo to any sex U gonna produce an overweight cat. Depends on the cat U want. Now that I'm older I spayed my little girl cat at 5 mo. she's an indoor outdoor lapcat that kicks butt on neighborhood cats. she's near 5 yrs old, fights with the tomcats..............seldom looses. Reproduction starts cat fights.............Neuterd cats fight 70% less than the others. Plenty kittens.........I tend to keep cats lotta yrs,,,,,tomcat B4 current cat was 18. Around here we still shoot stray and overly agressive cats. We trap some..........Ferile ones........OMG! How horrible! Population control. Cats don't pay rent. Unwanted cats create problems. I'm not one bit sorry. somehow I worry more about the inbred dogs. I shoot some of them too. very seldom a cat attacks U while U drive up in yer car.

Avoids more unwanted kittens when there are already shelters with more than can be adopted.
Prevents reproductive cancers, so pets are healthier in the long run.
Prevents male cats from spraying urine - a very nasty smelly habit.
It prevents heat in females and the bleeding and yowling and other annoying behavior associated with that.
Prevents male cats from wandering off to find females and potentially getting lost and injured.

If it is a male cat and it is not neutered, it will spray (pee) all over the house. Cat pee is stinky and it is very hard to get out of fabrics.

I'm gonna make it short and sweet if its...
neutering,
- ur cat wont spray in ur house(i've smelled it it's nasty)
- hump things(also nasty)
spaying,
-will keep it from having babies in ur house
- keep cat from going into heat wich will leave a mess on ur carpet and odours from stray's outside your door.
