My first job was as a busser at a country club. I served for a couple years after that too. It was a pretty small place but I made good money.
They great thing about a country club is that it's basically all regulars, you wait on most of the same people all the time and they get to know you really well. I had a few guys that would always leave me like $20 tips no matter what their bill was. And I even had several members give me gifts for Christmas and my Birthday.
A lot depends on the Club though. For instance, the way the Club I worked at was, they had certain "dues" to pay every month. And basically, if by the end of the month they hadn't "spent" all of their "dues", they still got charged the same amount of money. So a lot of times near the end of the month, members would tip really well because basically it was wasted money if it wasn't spent, so they would just leave the rest of it to me as a tip.
Also a lot of Clubs have banquets for like weddings, or special events. Then I would get just a straight cut check for my manager but it was always good money.
Just make sure you are ALWAYS nice to everybody. Usually country clubs are ran by the members and if you get on someones bad side they can boot you out pretty easily.
GOOD LUCK!

Like he said, it depends on the club, but most of the clubs at which I have played, or worked, were pretty nice. The general rule, no offense intended is that the prettier you are, and the nicer (nothing sexual, but be nice) you are to the members, the better you will do. I saw a nice girl get a $20 tip for bringing a six-pack out to a member on the golf course mid-round. Had it been a guy, it probably would have been $5. Still not bad for ten minutes of work, but not as good. In general the work isn't too stressful and the tips are usually pretty good. There are some jerks out there, some guys can get a little handsy, but the staff is usually very supportive of the workers. If someone sees you having a problem they will stop it. I suppose at some of the ritzier places they would prefer to keep the members happy at all costs, but maybe you could talk to some of the waitresses there before you take the job. See what they really think. Ask them about what they like and what they don't like. Ask about hours and schedule flexibility. Some country clubs have really random hours especially in the summer, when the host lots of outside events. You can make good money working those too. I think your best bet is ask lots of questions in the interviews, and of other employees.

I'm sorry, but that will depend strictly on the Country Club. There is no standard wage, and some Clubs have a no tipping policy.
