massage her head. It will stimulate hair growth. Now, it won't grow overnight, but it will grow. Also, keep her hair trimmed. Trim her baby hair off and it will also grow faster.

Word of knowledge-- the ends of hair are dead--like the tips of your fingernails. Cutting it does not stimulate anything. Slip her some gelatin, perhaps, or just wait for the baby hair to stop falling out and for the "big kid" hair to grow in more. At some point, the baby fine hair will actually stop growing and start to fall out, while the newer, thicker hair grows in. It takes some time, but the new hair's length will eventually overtake the baby hair, and get longer. My son is doing the same thing right now, and my sister (a strawberry blonde) didn't get any reall hair until she was in preschool. Just brush it gently, and make sure your kid gets good nutrition-- fruit and veggies and stuff.

Yes, I have a boy born Sept. 27th 2004. His hair has been trimmed three or four times and is fitting into a pony-tail. All I know is we don't feed him alot of junk. Hardly any as a matter of fact. All his juice since day one has been 100%, lots of fruit and vegitables, lots of meat too, real meat not hot dogs. I don't know that any of that has anything to do with it becauase after all hair is a waste product, but i would just say wait and don't stress over hair.
By the way cutting hair does NOT make it grow longer life of the folicle does.

Wow yeah dont shave it. But yes trim it a little bit it will help it grow. My nieces both had/have this problem but when it did start to grow it grew really fast.
All you can do is buy her all the cute little baby clips and wait it out

Try miracle grow. it helped my daughter LMAO Just kidding {but i do know a lady that swears it helped her daughter} just make sure she doesn't have a vitamin defincency {sp?} or she could just be slow growing hair. Either way once it finally is long and where you wanted it you are going to hate it. Especailly when she "hides" mac and cheese in it LMAO
