Anyone who can sell something that is a free download, would... this is America.

Dunno,

Some reason:
They download then burn it onto CD, so we only pay for the CD and their service of downloading.

They have licences for it.

Its not a free program, it is only free to download (trial) means that if you like that program, you have to buy it online, or it will expire in several times. so its paid program they sell

They are completly a thief! The program maker makes the program very hard and hopes no money for it, then someone do nothing and sell it for money? what a *****!

Because it costs them next to nothing to have in the store and they can sell it for massive amounts of profit.

You can get just about anything for free online these days when it comes to software.
