I eat well.
I don’t smoke.
I drink heaps of water.
I don’t moisturise but I use an exfoliating cleanser.

I have deep, premature wrinkles on my face that seem to be multiplying by the day.

What am I doing wrong?!

It sounds like you worry to much, those are called worry lines or wisdom lines. Besides worrying less about them try using vitamin E mixed in with your moisturizer. You may also be making facial expressions you are unaware of like squinting that may be contributing to them.

I highly suggest moisturizing, though it doesn't prove to help long term for keeping wrinkles away. Taking omega-3's or trying an anti wrinkle cream may help too.

Try oils in your diet like flaxseed and fish oils. And you should always moisturize your skin, it needs it!! To constantly exfoliate and not moisturize would dry out the skin and cause more noticable wrinkles.

See a dermatologist. It is very important to moisturize. Stop using that harsh cleanser.

Nothing, you are just maturing and the more wrinkles the better you are in life.
