I used to have a very old cat (20 years old). When he wasn't feeling well, the vet suggested feeding him meat baby food (chicken with broth was his favourite) or soup broth (preferably low sodium). He loved both of these as treats even when he was healthy.

Do not give the cat tuna, it's not good for cats. I really wonder sometimes where that myth came from. Don't give milk either. Many animals, cats included, become lactose intolerant after they wean from mom.
You really shouldn't give human food, but in this case, a bit of meat would be ok. It's better than no food. Make sure that there aren't any spices/sauces on it, though.
And make sure you get some cat food really soon. Preferably, something with a high quality protein and little to no grains, fillers, or by-products.

Well, she would have loved the tuna I am sure :) if you have lunch meat they tend to love ham, due to the fact that it is salty. I know that some would disagree with me (but since it is only for the night) do you have any chunky soup? let her eat the broth mixed up with some rice. What about any salmon packets, or canned chicken. Heck even frozen chicken, just nuck it then cut it up into bits, let it cool, then offer it to her.
Don't forget in the morning to add cat food to the grocery list!!

You can give your cat the same thing you eat, except no dairy, onions or chocolate. This won't hurt them much for a day or two. Some things might affect their potty box habits, but my cat loves to share my sandwich and will even eat chips. No, I don't feed them like that -- this is just a little snack.

Little pieces of cheese, milk. Sometimes theyll eat eggs - you could scramble one in a little butter milk and cheese...
Cats are all different. I have one who is trying to steal this powered donut I have from me and would stick up her nose at the above, and another cat who would ONLY drink the milk.
Time to experiment! they also often will eat lunchmeat but you must chop it up.
BY THE WAY: Remember to watch how much tuna you feed (anyone) High mercury content... also rat feces but that's another story.

it can also eat :
Natural Balance Ultra Formula
Best canned cat food. This cat food stands out for its protein-rich top ingredients (chicken, chicken broth, chicken liver, duck and salmon) and its complete lack of by-products. It contains none of the corn meal or by-products that make up the main ingredients in cheaper cat foods. There are no chemical preservatives and no artificial colors. Along with your standard chicken and tuna formulas, there's an "indoor formula" with hairball management ingredients and an offering of exotic flavors like venison and green pea. The foods are also formulated with cranberry powder to promote urinary tract health. Experts say that wet food is better for your cat than dry food since it contains a high percentage of water, ensuring your cat stays hydrated.
Iams Chicken formula
Less expensive canned cat food.Although Iams cat food does contain by-products (ground, rendered and cleaned parts of necks, feet, undeveloped eggs and intestines), at least they are not the primary ingredient. Iams Chicken formula lists the primary ingredients as chicken, chicken broth and chicken liver, followed by chicken by-products. Many pet nutritionists prefer cat food like Innova or Natural Balance, which contain no by-products at all. However, Iams is better than many other brands in that by-products are not primary ingredients, as they are in cat foods from 9 Lives, Friskies and Whiskas.
Innova Cat Food
Best dry cat food.Innova cat food was formulated to replicate a raw food diet, with no by-products, no artificial preservatives and a high percentage (36%) of protein. The high protein level is beneficial, though some cats with kidney problems or other protein intolerances may need a lower percentage. Dry cat food is a good supplement to wet food, say reviews, and it is less expensive than canned food. Though Innova seems expensive, your cat actually needs less of it (about 2/5 cup) due to the high nutrient content. Cheaper foods contain more filler so your cat needs to eat more, mostly negating any cost savings.
Purina ONE Purina One
Less expensive dry cat food.Of the major store brands, Purina ONE dry food contains higher-quality ingredients than most, but still contains large amounts of corn meal and rice. Experts say your cat needs meat before carbohydrates, but if Innova is too costly, Purina ONE is one of the better choices. It does contain by-products and corn -- two ingredients experts say your cat simply doesn't need -- but the primary ingredient is chicken.

Bread, yogurt (milk & cheese may give her the runs but you can use them in a pinch), crackers softened with water, chicken (off the bone), fish, or beef. Cereal softened with milk, oatmeal, etc.

Cats eat everything. Just make sure the food you cook for your cat does not have salt.
