As long as you dont do it in a public place there is nothing wrong with it
I like to touch my man parts as well i think i even had fallen asleep holding it, it doesnt bother him, he actually enjoys it.
But you have to keep in mind to do it at the right time and if you feel like you may annoy you bf ask him if it bothers him it usually just feels like it does for you but they love it
