My ex and i recently started talking again, the only thing is, everytime i hear from her it's "i got accepted to such-and-such college" "my whatever-whatever fell thru" "i'm feeling so horrible right now" blah blah blah, but whenever i say "hey" she immediately goes "Leave me alone!" Is this some female thing, or is she just weird?

She started talking to me one day after a good 6 months of not doing so. She talks to me like i'm a friend, like how we used to before we went together, but whenever i try to talk to her first, she acts like that

Sounds like she is trying to get a life she never had. And, to have something meaningful to her, and then let down .. hurts..
She has been focusing on her probably since the divorce.. and , should to be in a healthy place. Now , you reconnect and probably old things and the new are colliding inside her.. She, may have felt lost in the relationship the two of you had.. and , when you start to say something , it isn't that she doesn't want to hear your stuff, she just wants you to care she is going through disappointments.. and, it doesn't mean she wants you to fix them, or her.. just care she is disappointed. hope that helps , chin up.. you aren't the first or last to not figure us out.. Heck, most of us are still working on it ....:) .. chalk it up to hormones .... :)

i think she just want you to feel bad for her b/c she still like you and she think that if you feel bad for her then you will want her back
