find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps

The fastest way is to take the alkaline liquid diet.

Hi, I don't think you need to loose weight. If you truly are 5'4" and weight 120 lbs. your body index is perfect if not on the low side. If you feel uncomfortable about your thighs and stomach then you should exercise. Good luck, I need to do the same thing.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Pilate's.............You should try winsor pilates, i lost weight right away, and you should buy a elliptical or just run everyday, you'll lose weight really fast. I didn't eve go on a diet i just stopped eating junk food, and stopped drinking pop.
Or if you want something fun you should try hip hop abs. Its some dance exercise, i dont know

You can't spot reduce. If you want to tone up (I don't reccomend weight loss) try pilates. They'll make you look long and lean.
