this Morning I have a bad sore throat and suddey I was runing a High fever of 38.5c.
Now My sore throat is gone and the fever now is away.
what cost this to happen?

Take Strpsils Lozenge
and Paracetamol tablets.

Seems odd that you got better so fast. The only thing I can think of is that you are fighting some sort of a viral infection and that your body has won for now. Make sure you get plenty of rest over the next few days, it may come sneaking back.

Could be strep. Also watch and make sure there are no headaches with neck pain to follow. This can be the first overlooked symptom of viral meningitis.

Sounds like you might have caught a virus only it went quick.I would go to the doctors & get checked out.Good Luck

You have a great blood system, your body fought off a virus, beware it doesn`t come back. Take some echinacea.

Check to see if you have strep throat...white dots on the back of your throat...
