What does Kat's black tank top say on the episode of Miami Ink "Kat's Cooking", where she cooked dinner with her mom? I think it says "Norwegian Black -----". Does anyone know what the last word was and where to buy that shirt?

This is under tattoo, because I'm hoping more people in this catagory will know the answer than those in entertainment.

That'd be Norwegian Black Metal. It's a genre of hard rock that has even less focus on dynamic rhythm than death metal, and relishes its position as the most extreme form of music imaginable, bearing associations with the rejection of Judeo-Christian values, church-burnings, murder, satanism, national socialism, bondage, and the torture and bloodletting of both human and animal victims. Late 80's - early 90's bands like Darkthrone, Mayhem, Burzum, Gorgoroth, Immortal, and Emperor popularized it. I'd like to think she unknowingly found it and modified it herself. Not sure of where you'd find it...you'd probably have the best luck searching individual band webstores.

I didn't look too close. I thought it said Norwegian Black Music but Norwegian Black Metal makes sense. It looked pretty simplistic - black shirt with yellow lettering, right? It would be fairly easy to have one made up - just try to find a matching font.

Kat actually buys most of her shirts from thrift stores, then she "modifies" them. I thought for sure it was an Iron Maiden shirt, but I could be wrong.
