Veggies......eat all you want. Just don't eat the same types all the time. Fruits.......it's probably okay, it's just that some of them are high in sugar. Granted, it's natural sugar, but it will raise your blood sugar especially if you struggle with diabetes.

Good for you for eating healthy! Have you checked out the book "You: On A Diet?" It's awesome and has some really good tips in it.

Good luck

Fruits tend to be high in sugar, You should limit your fruits to 3-5 servings a day.

You need to eat well balanced nutritional meals so you arent hungry. You wont stick to a diet if you are hungry all the time.

Try eating a cup and a 1/2 of a healthy cereal with some fruit in the morning

Try a sandwhich, 100 calorie snack pack, some sort of vegetable for lunch

for dinner if you cook. make meals like they are suppose to be. eliminate artificial foods and crap.

I have a whole bunch of meals that i enjoy cooking. Some are turkey burger with a vegetable and homemade (bake on 410 on bottom rack and slice potatoes into fries. i use salt pepper, garlic and onion powder on them) they taste like fries. they are delicious.

sometimes i cook chicken cordon blue. I have a vegeatble and chicken casserole i also enjoy cooking.

homemade soft and hard tacos are easy.

light hotdogs although not the best sometimes cures my craving.

i also make fajitas and burritos a lot.

i am not big into cooking. im 23 years old and can never find the time. my meals are quick and easy.

if you dont cook for yourself. learn how or ask the person that does to help you out. remember its not about dieting its about eating healthy and exercising.

remember to eat balanced. make sure there is some sort of dairyy in your diet and i dont mean icecream. light cottage cheese, light and fit/weight watchers yogurts are good. low fat skim milk.

yes, you can because fruit have lots of calories and some are very high in sugar (grapes, apples).
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)
