if i clipped my lovebirds wings..would it grow back?

Yes, after the bird molts the bird's feathers will grow back in. If you want to re-clip, wait for the feather to finish growing in. The shaft needs to be white before it is safe to clip. Before that, there will be a blood flow to the feather and if clipped or broken, the bird can bleed to death very quickly.

If you are unsure how to do it, take your bird to the vet and have them show you how to do it properly.

Have a professional clip the wings, actually, the feathers on the wings.

yes they will grow back the same as human hair grows back i clip my love birds wings about once a month or so becuase i take her outside but they always grow back

Yes, they have to be clipped about three times a year to my understanding. It also depends on the bird. I've never had mine clipped, but don't take them outside either. You never know what a "tame" bird may do?

Yes, but feathers don't grow like fur.
Birds molt. Once or twice a year they shed all their feathers and grow new. They will grow back whole after the molt.
