working out is a great one. try running, boxing, karate, weight lifting, rugby, soccer, football....also you could put that anger towards use as an activist, being a guardian ad lib for children or handicap, peace corp, teaching underpriveledged children, rebuilding communities or to fight for any cause you believe in. as long as you use it in the right context and turn this into positive energy (and are able to control yourself). if you are passionate enough about your cause you may even be able to get a job making a difference. just find what you are passionate for and fight for it.

Mow the grass, clean, cut branches that require extra adrenaline and strength.

Cook for people in need, even your family. Taking on a big task lessons your problem at hand.

Try thinking why you are so upset? Is this a time for growth for yourself. Can you help another.

Write down your feelings to read later.

Run with your dog instead of a walk or Just run, bicycle.
