It appears to me that you're better at long distance. I ran sprints and distance races in highschool and your distance times are very good -- but your sprints are not. Maybe you should stick with the longer distances such as the 400 and higher. By cutting out the sprint you'll be able to focus better on the other's and improve those times. Good luck at the meet. I'm sure you'll do well.

The times you have are very good. If you train hard you could be excellent by the time your a high school junior or senior. Your would be one of the fastest female 400 runners on my team. I think your 800 is the best one. I attend American High school in Europe. In our group of 30 highschools, you could be a top 5 runner in both the 800 and the 1500. Just keep training and you will go far.

If you're running like that now and you are 12 thats great, Im 14 and im still tryna break 70 in the 400 meter. My 200 time is 28.9 and my long jump is 13.8, so your good to go.

so basically for a 12 year old girl you can run a mile in about 530 then and that is very good for your age, youll most likely get under or right at 5 min for the mile in the next couple years and for a girl that is amazing a lot of college girls cant even run that fast

danggg thats really good times,
im really impressed! last friday my highschool had a track meet and the 100 girl sprinters had an time ranging from 15-17 secs. so you are fantastic as far as im concerned!
im a 400er though, in my opinon you could work on your 400 a little more and get it down to 60 really easily. keep up the good work!!!!
