There technically is 4 different Brazilian Martial arts styles.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Capoeira, Kombato, and Taiyando.
But I assume you mean Capoeira and not those others since it is the one most commonly associated with Brazil.

Do you mean Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu? or do you mean Capoeira? The martial art done to music? If so that would be it. The Afro-Brazilian Martial art was created by African slaves.
"Capoeira (IPA: [ka.puˈej.ɾɐ]) is a Brazilian martial art created by enslaved Africans during the 16th Century. It was originated by Nigerian or Angolan ethnic groups where members fought with music and the winner won a partner, usually female. Participants form a roda (circle) and take turns playing instruments, singing, and sparring in pairs in the centre of the circle. The game is marked by fluid acrobatic play, feints, subterfuge, and extensive use of groundwork, as well as sweeps, kicks, and headbutts. Technique and strategy are the key elements to playing a good game. Capoeira has two main styles, known as "regional" and "Angola.""

Parts of Brazil are global cities and as such have all the martial arts that any global city would... everything from various forms of karate to ving tsun.
Judo is really big there as there is a large Japanese population and Judo has kind of seeped into the culture.
BJJ is obvious.
Capoeira if you count it as a martial art.

Capoira originated in Brazil simply because martial Arts was deemed illegal, so capoira is more like a dance, but very effective. You also have Gracie Jujitsu, which didn't start there, but evolved there.

capoeira and Jujitsu are the two that come to mind but there is a lot of people who think that capoeira was created by some slaves in Brazil. that thinking is an insult.
