find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Eat things as close to the way they were created as possible. Apples, not apple juice or pie. Almonds, lettuce, tomatoes, eggs, peppers, steamed vegetables, but make sure you have enough meat (protein) too. If you want a good jump start on your weight loss - I lost 11 pounds and almost 14" in 9 days and have kept it off for almost a year plus 5 more pounds. My friend lost 65 pounds in 4 1/2 months. My other friends that have used this tell me that they tried all kinds of diets that didn't work for them - and then this helped them lose the weight and inches they wanted to lose. Hope that helps.

To eat healthy you have to eat a variety of foods. Don't forget to exercise at least 3-4 times a weeks and drink a lot of water!
Whole grains- oatmeal, whole wheat bread, brown rice
Fruit- apples, berries, oranges
Vegetables- lettuce (salad), carrots, broccoli
Dairy- low fat milk, cheese, yogurt
Protein- lean chicken or turkey, fish, nuts

1 of all start eatin fruits , green vegetables, exercise daily , and yes stay away from fatty, oily food. If you do so regularly you will surely lose your weight !
