I sleep with my arms over my head. And in the morning my arms are almost paralized. They even hurt to drive. It's all in the upper arm.

I sleep with my arms over my head and I have the exact same problem as you. I try to make sure I fall asleep with them down, but while I am sleeping I always put them over my head. I guess theres no way to control our actions while we are asleep. I have no idea how to stop doing this. I'm glad I 'm not the only one who has this problem.

try sleeping in a different position maybe hold a pillow in your arms and see if that willnt help you from putting over your head you must be a back sleeper
