I feel like this nearly everyday, Nearly, Anyway, It usually is do to things being Way to stressful for my sanity to handle. I'm not saying your crazy....but if your anything like me...it feels like your going to be if it doesn't stop and soon. I found the easiest thing for me was to talk to my friends...the ones who love to listen and sometimes help, or even find a councelor. Just talking to someone..to get the things stressing you out in the open can really help. Plus if you need to scream..then do it. Your vocal cords werent built so you couldn't so just let it out..."hint"...do it someplace were your nieghbors wont call the cops though. (found that out the hard way..lol) Even crying a little can help sometimes. you don't need a reason for crying...but its a great stress reliever.
Although there was an earlier posting that said something about a chemical imbalance, This could be true. I don't know your situation. Does it only happen during certain times of the day, is your blood sugar low, are you sleeping enough, do you have adult ADD, or an anxiety disorder. These are all things left to be delt by you Doctor. Talking to him/her could be a big help to. Tell him you don't want to take medications but you need to know how to cope with it.
You may also want to take a day or two sick leave from work and just rest. Your mind your body and your spirit. Unplug the phone (turn off the cell), plop onto the couch and watch a good relaxing, happy movie.
