for special things i try to do everything... i buy her stuff usually jewelry, take her out to eat, (wherever she picks since we're always out) i usually bake something for her or cook dinner myself(shows that i took the tie out of my busy schedule), i always buy her flower but for special things i buy more... and i make sure she enjoys herself... of course stay within your budget, and if you dont have a large one then focus on doing things that are meaningful, and from the heart, those are the things that she will never forget.

take her out to the beach and have dinner there,etc.tell her how special she is and show her how much you love her by giving her something,like a diamond ring or a necklace.or if she doesn't like accessories give her a large,long,exciting,surprising kiss.stay with her all day.if you want or want to give her something expensive,bring her favorite singer to town.(if possible).make it the best day ever!
