Windows Movie Maker WMM Question,about video?

Alright, this is hard to explain, but I'm hoping I'll be able to do it.


Me and my friend are making a movie for school, we are planning on going to a store and giving someone a piece of paper, and have them read what they are supposed to say, while acting like the movie is being played on the paper,

I want to know, if there is any way to make it to where I can put a video of something into that part of THAT video

So the sceen is ' Someone read a paper that plays a video?'
Its called 'picture on picture', i believe WMM doesnt have that effect, iam using Pinnacle Studio 10 and that has that effect.
