I think the book of Kadija is one of the ones that didn't quite make the cut when the Council of Council Bluffs 2.0 met in the year 304.
I'm not quite sure what caused it to be omitted from the official canon, but from a literary standpoint, I suspect that it may have had something to do with the chapter headings.

Chapter Two: More Booze
Chapter Three: Lots More Booze
