I just wanted to know how many pregnant wives are out there whose husbands are currently on active duty. And if you are having the baby while he's gone, right before he gets back, after he gets back, during R&R? Stuff like that. Just wanted to talk to other women like me.

I just ran across your answer- My husband leaves for Iraq tomorrow morning. I am officially due in 2 weeks, so i have moved all the way across country in order to stay with my parents for the birth and first few months with my little girl.
I think the hardest part will be him missing the birth and the first few months- but atleast he will be home next October when she is becoming more active.
Being a military wife should be on a list of "most challenging jobs"! Not always easy, but homecomings are always amazing.
