26 degree 5 iron or 29 degree hybrid. how far do you hit them?

I have a small frame, my 5 only carries 150m.

I'm not an expert but my 5 iron seems to have a lower flight and more roll while my hybrid gets good height with almost similar carry distance.

The iron may be marginally longer but the hybrid is far more versatile. I have a 28 deg Adams Tight lie 9 wood that I can hit anywhere from 130 yards to 185 yards depending on how far down the grip I hold the club or how easily I swing the club, both of which change the club head speed. They hybrid imparts a lot more spin on the ball also, which also aids in distance control. Just an easier club to hit.

The 26 degree 5 iron will go farther when hit pure because it has less loft.

I have no idea, anything I hit usually shanks into the woods, or an adjoining fairway.
