I've started turning depressed in 2005, before it ended I was very suicidal too but my past, which seemed to both haunt me and hold me, stopped me, because I just couldn't do it, I have too many dreams I still have to follow... well, I think logically if I died back then it would have been better than to live the year after, 2006, which filled me with MANY more problems AND made me numb to them, so I just couldn't do anything but keep on suffering, because I tried seeking the help of a 'professional', but as I find out now that word just doesn't match with 'help'...
Today problems seem much more clear albeit hopeless, I found out that my depression stems from a life of being beaten up by my father and mutilated verbally by my mother, and it seems police won't even do anything but lock me up in this house with them being subject to more of such insanity.
So, I'm thinking of death all the time, I have an 11 year old sister too, I want to save us both or we got no future, what can I do?

If you are of school age, could you tell a trusted adult that you and your sister are being abused? Talking to a friend your age will probably not help...

Do you have a best friend you could stay at their house a lot to get away from home? Are you old enough to work? If so, get a job and that would get you out of the home.

Do you have an aunt or uncle you could call and asked to come live with them? Or perhaps your grandparents?

Unfortunately, sometimes foster homes are worse than the home you came from. Telling an adult at school would cause them to call Child Protective Services and then you and your sister might be taken from the home. But it sounds as if you have really hit rock bottom. Perhaps it would be worth...

You know, I feel really bad for you but just trying to stay out of your parents way might really be the best thing, if you have a roof over your head and food to eat and you aren't out on the streets...You and your sister can be each other's support and friend and somehow make it through.

I don't suppose your parents would listen if you told them how awful they make you feel, would they? Sometimes parents don't even realize what bad parents they are being;

Whatever you do, please take care of yourself. You are a valued member of society and someday I'm sure you will do something wonderful!

Wow! this is tuff!
I will tell u..the abuse i suffered at home STILL haunts me at 40 years old! It never goes away...& right now it's really fresh..but there is so much help out there nowadayz...but I agree, sometimes that makes things worse! I do ask that you protect your sister. I so wished someone protected me!! When I do see family, which is next to NEVER...No one looks me in the eye...like they can't believe I am still here..you know when some kids escape a house of horror from being starved/ kept out of school etc...that was me! They kept me locked in a basement! I do know i survived because God wanted me to. The sad thing I have no children , or good stable relationship, marriages etc.. it's so hard. But don't give up please. LIVE ! Promise me also that if your sister ask questions later in life...DON'T pretend that this crap didn't even happen!!
That's the worst for me...no one acknowledged the abuse til they were almost dead or dying...
Anyway dear....if you make complaint they may put u in foster care, maybe splitting u and your sister apart. How r your grades in school? Education is your way out. Just remember, think of your sister , don't do anything drastic. Put her safety first. Just make your life livable. I am doing the same thing.
Peace honey..contact me if u need.

You poor guy.
I am so sorry that you've been through all this.
There are plenty of organizations like Adult Children of Alcoholics, for example, where the members can guide you toward people in your area who can help you and your sister.
Please don't give up!
You've worked so hard to make it this far, and there is a better day waiting for you both.
There are also many Federally funded mental health clinics that can see you for what you can afford to pay, even if that amount is nothing.
Find one in the Yellow Pages, call them and say "I am suicidal. I have been depressed since 2005 and I need help. Can I be seen as soon as possible, please".
Good luck

What age you are? Talk with the school orientador, child support in ocasion is better live apart of the parent, any family. Many people past for the same situation and death is not the answer. YOU HAVE a future.

You are fifteen or sixteen years old and need to shower every day and sign up for some sports . Depression has over taken your ability to deal with it. Depression is from your own brain waste products in your spinal fluid from relearning beliefs in life or experiencing new and unusual sensations from aura mismanagement. Serious depression starts when you learn sexual activities too soon for your understanding. Go to bed and wake up a teenager again.

listen to your spirit guides

go talk w/your sister
for her advice

don't lie to each other

you didn't come here together
to fail each other

people around you
are giving you love
that you are ignoring

don't do that

they need love
too
