Just this second I uninstalled quicktime (Used for itunes) after i went into the control panel and removed the program under 'Add remove programs' and realised the stupidity of my actions. How the hell do i recover this removed file???

YOU CAN'T. The only programs that remain are those that are "built-in's" in the Windows OS. (Like the games, where removal just removes the menu listing!)
You will have to Download it again from one of the sites.

This happened to me before all i did was i went on line and typed in the thing i deleted then re installed it

Go to Start -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System restore.
If you lucky you can get back what you want.....
