how do i get over it?

my boyfriend of a year and a half broke up a few weeks ago, and i can't get over him. to be honest, our relationship went sour a few months ago, after we both entered college and he started doubting his feelings for me. he got annoyed and frustrated, and even though hed tell me he loves me ten times a day, he broke up with me because he didn't want to have to worry about a relationship while in the army (he's enlisting in june). every time we talk i end up crying for hours, just wanting to be with him again. but he just says he wants to move on, and that he doesn't know if he really ever loved me. he thinks that having me in his life would be a huge inconvenience that he doesn't want to have to deal with while he's gone, that if he ever realizes that he does love me he might come try to find me one day. and i keep holding on to that hope. our relationship was far from perfect, but for some reason i can't let him go. im still in love with him. what do i do

i totally relate to the wanting to hold on part.
i'd be a total hypocrite if i told you to let go.
because i can't seem to do that either.
i say just surround yourself with loved ones 24/7.
don't mope around or dwell on the negativity.
get your mind off of it as much as you can.
you won't get over it if you don't want to.
find every reason there is to, and do it.

Accept the fact that It's over. Don't you think it's better this way than finding out he met another girl? You are young you will find someone else.

get over it move 0n dong hang on a relationship that another person broke up you deserve better, remember you were born alone and you wil; die alone anything in between has to be positive if it is not let it go
