The last two people were on the right track: your sentence is written in Swedish. A rough translation is "You know not what you have gotten, until the time is out , so take not something for granted."
In other words, it just seems to be a Swedish rendition of the well-known English saying: "You don't know what you've got till you lose it, so don't take anything for granted."

I would guess a Northern Germanic language. It looks to be either Danish or Swedish from here. Because of the combination of "special characters" used, I'm guessing Swedish.

As the previous poster answered, it means "You don't know what you've got, until it's gone, so don't take anything for granted", but it's not so much a rendition of the English saying, as a word for word translation (not sure how they came by the 'until time is out' bit, it doesn't say that at all)
