my mom is a green card holder so through her i have filed I-130 under unmarried son over 21, i'm in US and i know it will take years to get aproved, since my status is pending can i apply for emloyment athorization card...please help

No, you have to wait until your I-485.

From my knowledge, no, you can't. If you are over 21 and your mom is just a permanent resident, it's going to take you about 10-15 years to get yourself in status. First, she needs to get naturalized and that's about 5 years (depending when did she become a green card holder). Then, after her naturalization, she can petition for you, which might take about 5-10 years. I really don't know how did you file the I-130 for, you weren't even qualified for it. The best thing to do is applying for some type of H or J visa. But the best choice would be asking an immigration lawyer.
