ok we became very good friends at the begning of the school year and finally i got the nerve to ask her out awhile ago and now she says she doesnt want to ruin our relationship as best friends by going out with me. i like her and i was talking to her about it. and she said heres what happens i like a guy date him then he treats me like ****.. does she think i will do that i will not! never! i would've told her that but she jumped of the computer so fast once she said that. i recently went to mexico and she said she liked me for like a week when i was gone.. so i still like her and want to go out with her? what do i do i really like her she is soo nice and pretty and smart and trustworthy. i have no idea if she still has feelings for me i need help

Well I have a few ideas. A lot of girls say they "like" a guy. There's also a lot of girls who talk to guys just because they're good conversationalists or pay attention to them.
Plus a lot of girls don't want the nicey nice guys and want the ones who do treat them bad. So she could be sincere or not. My advice is to either stay friends which may burn and see if sparks fly-maybe take her somewhere like to see fireworks the 4th of July and maybe try to kiss her or to just find another woman who will want you from the start. A lot of girls lead a guy on (as do guys) that love the person as a friend, but you don't know if they say that to all their "guy friends" or just you...
So find out if she has a lot of guy friends and how she treats them and maybe she tells them the same thing (otherwise she'd be with them). Do some research and see what works out...

everything you wrote u should say straight in her face. I know u will never do that to her, but if she has gotten hurt in the past, then it is going to take her some time to get over this trauma. The best thing you can do is wait for her, but tell her all her everything u feel. Let her know hwo ur not a player and will treat her like she deserves to be treateed

Try to be friends again and prove to her that you're sencerely love her and willing to give up everything just to believe that you really feel sorry if you have done wrong

It sounds like she has been in hurtful relationships before and isnt ready to start dating again. Maintain your freindship and wait. She will come around.
