Are you crazy? Paypal is for serious buyers and 18 years or older. You need a bank in order to have a checking account. You need a job in order to save your money in a bank.

Listen, buying porno or stuff on eBay is not worth it. You can get yourself into trouble with legal people. But that is if you can get away with it. Dn't take the risk. Wait till your 18. =]

You cannot use a paypal account without a bank account. Being 13 years old, you probably don't have a bank account... but if you do, you need your account number and routing number. You can get your banks routing number by calling your bank. I believe you can use a savings account instead of a checking account, but you probably still need your banks routing number. They tell you to look at a check because this information is on checks if you had them.

You can not get a paypal account without a checking accout which you can't get without a parent. just ask you parent if your parent won't buy it for you then it is probably something inappropriate for someone your age. tha is why laws are they way they are to protect kids
