inapropriate. it's kinda crazy, but I think she's flirting and being very permiscuous. I'm not sure if she thinks I will do something with her and pay her more , or if she just wants to do something with me because she is lonely, or attracted?
I don't want to fire her( and really can't legaly) without solid grounds for termination. I've told my wife but I'm not sure if she cares or believes me.

Cause if I had my sister hitting on my husband I would dunk her head in the JOHN until her thoughts of MY MAN were washed out to see with all the other crap!!!
Is this thong girl from work? Or are the gals at work just pouring all over you?
If this is really a serious issue (not just to entertain us) than call a company meeting to discuss sexual harassment, and better yet hire some one to do it for you!!

Hi the main thing is dont get involved with her let her flirt as much as she wants ,if you get involved you will lose everything and still be stuck working with her this could end up being a real ugly situation , i wouldnt be to happy with the wife either to not show any concern for you , good luck

She may be testing you. Seeing if you're loyal to her sister. Just tell her when she says or does something that's inappropriate. She will probably be so embarrassed that you called her out that she'll stop. Your wife just doesn't know what to do or say, it was great of you to tell her though, that way if you make her sister mad by telling her to stop she can't turn it on you. If you can arrange to work in different areas or at different times that may be helpful. Good Luck!=)

she might be trying to hurt her own sister. stay away from her. if your an at will employer you can let her go anyways without a reason
