I am already doing 300 crunches a day (150 before work & 150 after work) for my abs, & I run stairs at work too...

But, what can I do to build strong TONE thighs and buttucks?

squats with light weights and long walks at a fast pace will do it quick! Walking gives lean long muscles and running makes them a bit bulkier, but not too bulky. Walk about 2 or 3 miles a few times a week! Stay motivated!

The best thing to do is squats and deadlifts. These are really good in toning and shaping the lower body. Also walking is very good. I do walk away the pounds and that gets the weight off of my legs, then I do the squats and deadlifts and those tone my legs.

Do a wall sit, or better yet a weighted wall sit as I call them. Basically its a squat but you hold it in the contracted position (like a wall sit but with 100-300 lbs on your shoulders).

squats,press ups (they help you all over),and a big "gym ball" for your butt muscles, all of those exercises, will tone your thighs,butt, and abs, for your calves,to look nice andstrong looking, the ol calf raises,will do for you, thats where you start off,bending in front of a chair or something low,like that and standing on your "tippy toes". reps of about 20 per set to start off with, (cause i know your gonna feel it ,) doing about 3 sets to start with. later on grab your boyfriend ,or some thing , and tell him to jump on your back,and resume the same thing,youll be amazed, how they will look after say,6 weeks,after all that,your body will tend to crave exercise,and i reckon ,by 6 weeks,itll be "easy-peasy" to do all you are doing. albeit mate, good luck to you,youll handle this , easy catch you up ...............bro....

lunges and squads. they work best do them for 5 - 10 mins a day or just keep yourself active for 15-20 mins everyday.

walking for 2 miles a day the weather is warming up so start walking.
