I agree with the guy who says not to ask people here. What you are describing could be symptomatic of a number of conditions, none of which can be diagnosed over the Internet by amateurs! It's not necessarily something to be concerned about, but this is your health, better safe than sorry! If I were you I would see a doctor to be sure! I have similar symptoms due to my migraines, however only a doctor can diagnose you, and only in person!

EDIT: I fully support going to the ED! It's a pain, I know some people feel like a hypochondriac, but the symptoms you are describing could go either way, but if it's the worst case scenario, you need to know right away! If it's a stroke, they can reduce the damage if they find out soon enough. My cousin just had one and went straight to the hospital and was so glad she did it!

whats wrong is that you should go to walgreens and ask the indian guy who works there or see a doctor not the nimwits on the computer,
