I think it might be el paso just because it's bigger but I know for a fact that if you don't speak spanish you can't even order a candybar in Miami.

Los Angeles, it's hard to tell if you're there or in Mexico City. They share a lot of the same qualities now.... overcrowding, pollution, vast slum neighborhoods, extreme wealth and extreme poor, not much middle class because of the ridiculous costs, gang violence, demonstrations....

it is a toss up between LA and Miami both are bad with crime out of sight the health care system over burdened and the social programs

approximately 8-12 million illegal residence in the us live in California, Texas, New York, Florida and Illinois. and that's not all of the illegals.
